I changed my mind. What is your Return Policy?
We understand sometimes your late night purchase comes with buyers remorse. That's why all products sold on our website have a 30-day return policy from the time of delivery. This means you are eligible to return your unworn watch so long as you have all of the original contents/packaging. To facilitate a return, please email email@example.com and we will begin the process.
What is your Refund / Cancellation Policy?
In instances where the order is cancelled prior to shipping, your refund will be processed and credited immediately.
Refunds resulting from returns: Once we receive your return, a refund will be credited back to the account used for original payment. Please note we are unable to reimburse you for any fees incurred as a result of tariffs/duties as these go directly to your local government, not us.
I need a watch by the weekend, what are your processing / shipping times?
Canada: All orders received before 3 pm EST will be processed and shipped by end of day. A confirmation e-mail containing the tracking number to be used at CanadaPost.ca will be sent shortly after. Please allow 1-3 Business days for delivery.
USA: Please allow 4-10 Business Days for delivery
Rest of World: Please allow 6-12 Business Days for delivery
All packages delivered to countries outside of Canada will be subject to local customs tariffs/import duties that we cannot control. For more information on these, please contact your local customs agency.
Is there a Sales Tax?
All prices listed on our website are final price. Orders received outside of Canada are subject to customs tariffs/duties governed by customs agencies.
I dropped my watch in fire. Does it come with a Warranty?
While we cannot cover clumsiness. Your watch does come with a 1-year manufacturer's limited warranty. Please refer to our warranty page for more information.
